Upcoming client research activities

Corporate

As we move through the Gore Mutual to Beneva transition, select clients may be invited to participate in surveys, interviews, focus groups, or other research activities. Conducted by Level5 Strategy on our behalf, these initiatives help us gather feedback and improve the products, services, and experiences we provide.

As we continue progressing through the Gore and Unica integration and transition to Beneva, we will be seeking feedback from clients at various points along the journey to help us better understand their needs and experiences.

Over the coming weeks and months, select clients, including claimants, may receive invitations to participate in surveys, interviews, focus groups, or other research activities. These initiatives are intended to help us gather insights, validate approaches, and identify opportunities to improve the products, services, processes, and experiences we provide to our mutual clients.

These activities will be facilitated by Level5 Strategy, an independent research and consulting firm working on our behalf. Where applicable, eligible participants may be offered an honorarium or gift card as a thank-you for their time and feedback.

Participation is always voluntary, and any information collected will be used solely for research and feedback purposes.

No action is required from you. We simply wanted to make you aware of this outreach in case clients contact your brokerage with questions about an invitation they have received.

Thank you for your continued partnership and support as we work together to deliver a positive experience for our clients throughout the integration and beyond.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your Business Development Representative.
