Loss Descriptions that are longer than 60 characters are causing downloads to fail Resolved - Issue has been corrected and brokers will no longer be impacted by this issue.
Gore Mutual was unable to send daily customer auto records to IBC/GISA, resulting in some customers encountering difficulties renewing their license plates Resolved – we are now able to share customer data with IBC and GISA and customers can now renew their license plates without challenges.
