Personal Lines
We’ve added two new Guidewire enhancements to make your workflow easier. You can now upload documents directly into Guidewire, keeping everything centralized and speeding up processing. Plus, you’ll receive automatic email notifications when referred activities are completed, with policy details and a direct link—so you stay informed in real time.
Handling documentation and tracking submission status can take more time than it should. In response to your feedback, we’ve introduced two enhancements to simplify your workflow and give you more time to focus on your clients.
Upload documents directly to Guidewire
You can now upload documents straight into Guidewire—no need to send them separately or follow up manually. This keeps everything centralized and helps speed up processing.
Automatic email notifications for referred activities
Whenever an activity you have referred is completed and reassigned, you will receive an email with the policy number, named insured, and a direct link to the Guidewire page—keeping you informed in real time so you can stay ahead and avoid delays.
