Just launched: EasyGuide, a self-serve platform in Guidewire

We’re excited to announce the launch of EasyGuide in Guidewire. This self-serve platform is embedded within the Guidewire policy system to provide step-by-step tutorials for many out-of-the-box processes for Personal Lines and IRCA. This will enable you to quickly access training materials and get help with Guidewire instructions immediately.

How to navigate EasyGuide

When in Guidewire, simply click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen. Select EasyGuide and follow the dropdown menus to view the ‘how to’ instructions for various transactions and activities. You will not need to leave the Guidewire Policy Centre screens – it’s all right there at your fingertips! See how simple EasyGuide is to use by downloading our one-page resource document here.
