Give clients more ways to save with Drive Good — Gore Mutual’s telematics program that rewards safe driving with discounts, points, and an easy in‑app experience.

Drive Good by Gore Mutual™, our telematics program, delivers strong value for customers looking for savings, transparency, and an engaging insurance experience. Here’s a quick refresher on what sets Drive Good apart — and how you can help clients get the most from it:

  1. Highly competitive, easy-to-explain rewards
New customers receive a 10% welcome discount in the first term, can earn up to 20% score-based discount at renewal, and can collect up to $100 in gift cards per policy term through weekly driving scores.

  2. Scores can only reduce premiums — not raise them
Driving scores don’t increase premiums. Drive Good rewards improvement and uses gamified features to keep customers engaged throughout the term.

  3. Simple in-app tracking and redemption of points
The app makes it easy for customers to view their scores, track their points, and redeem rewards in just a few taps.

After your client reviews and accepts the Drive Good terms and conditions, they will receive an email with a link to download the app and start driving.

Set your clients up for success

  • If your client’s contact information changes, update it by processing both an account and policy change in Guidewire.
  • To help them remain enrolled, remind clients to:
    • Activate the app within 120 days of enrollment
    • Track 1,000 km in the first 120 days
    • Complete at least one trip every 90 days
