Important update on mailing to mutual members
October 17, 2024
We want to inform you about a mailing being sent to our Mutual Members. This communication is managed through our Independent Registrar, Kingsdale, and allows members to opt in for electronic correspondence.
As a purpose-driven organization, we prioritize protecting the environment and reducing waste. By encouraging our members to receive communications electronically, we collectively contribute to lowering Gore Mutual’s environmental footprint. This option not only supports environmental sustainability, but also provides faster access to materials and convenient online options.
Please note that we are seeking permission for members to receive notices of Member meetings, vote at Member meetings, and indicate their preferred method of communication. We are not requesting permission for any policy-related materials.
To assist you in discussions with your clients, please refer to the Member letter and Member FAQs for guidance. For any questions regarding Mutual Membership or the opt-in process for electronic communications, please direct them to Kingsdale.
Thank you for your continued support.
