Guidewire collection notice
May 19, 2025
Corporate
Starting June 1, 2025, overdue 2025 balances may be sent to collections as we return to our standard process.
Please be advised that our collections process will resume on June 1, 2025, following a temporary pause. This will apply only to outstanding balances from 2025, with overdue accounts being submitted to a collection agency.
Impact to your clients:
- Since 2021, we have consistently sent letters as part of our standard communication process informing customers that unpaid balances over may be referred to collections, although no accounts have been sent to collections to date.
- This is not a new process but a return to standard collections procedures, where account balances that remain unpaid for more than 30 days from the date of notice may be turned over to a collection agency.
- Some impacted customers may still be active with you or may have been remarketed.
If you have any questions, please contact your Business Development Representative.
