Leadership Team

Terri is responsible for Gore Mutual's commercial business.  A graduate of Simon Fraser University and a Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional. Terri has held positions within the industry including claims, marketing and underwriting.  She spent several years working with a broker management system vendor and providing consulting expertise to independent brokers.  Terri joined Gore Mutual in 1992 leading Gore Mutual's operations in British Columbia. 

Terri was one of the drivers behind the establishment of the Women in Insurance Cancer Crusade in BC. She is a Past President of the Insurance Institute of BC and was named Insurance Person of the Year in 2002.
 
A self-confessed 'technophiliac' and 'bookie', Terri spends her spare time downloading and learning new software applications and reading.  She's also a consistent, "no, make that persistent" (she adds), golfer and loves to be outdoors, especially near water - "an ocean is best but a river or lake is also good!"
