Barry Kennedy With over 40 years' experience in the insurance industry, Barry is an asset to the Gore Mutual Leadership Team. As Senior Vice President, he supports his colleagues in the area of broker relations and broker services. Barry points out that he has experience working in all property and casualty insurance company departments with the exception of Human Resources and Finance (adding "thank goodness"). He entered the insurance industry as a broker for Lloyds of London. Barry holds his Chartered Insurance Professional designation which he claims he received so long ago that it is written on parchment. He is a staunch supporter of companies who distribute insurance products through the independent broker channel. "It sounds like I am paid to say this, but Gore Mutual is a true advocate of the independent broker. We pay attention to what they say, act on their concerns and deliver the goods where they are needed most." |
